There’s no need to rush,

What’s inside is a crush,

But the sands of time,

Will never allow you to be mine,

You feel it too,

Sensations of wanting you,

Who knows one day,

Reality could show up and stay,

Unexpectedly arrive at our door,

Prospering feelings and so much more,

For tonight I see,

What you’ve done to me,

With a tear in my eye,

Left questioning why,

I’m making confessions,

You’re my one new obsession,

Seeking the need of your touch,

Or am I asking too much?

This I know,

I cannot let it show,

The adoration in my heart,

Which is silently breaking apart,

I had always prayed for love,

But this was not what I was thinking of,
