BRAD’S PRAYER (RIGHT WHERE I BELONG)

I have been searching, trying to seek,

For something far greater than all that is meek,

Throughout the years I’ve strayed from my convictions,

I’ve given in to so many of my addictions,

That I don’t know where to start,

I’ve let the withering will power besiege my heart,

You’ve seen me in my times of wrong,

You’ve seen me be not quite so strong,

Yet when I pray,

You hear what I have to say,

So tonight I ask of you to hear these words loud and clear,

You are my Savior and I ask for help in battling my fears,

Help me regain the power of my will to fend off addictions,

Help me win against my affliction and restore my convictions,

Forgive me Father for the paths I’ve strayed,

Allow me the learn from the debts I’ve paid,

Grant me strength and wisdom to help those like me,

And I ask for forgiveness of my sins that be,

Most importantly thank you for my blessings that lead me along,

For in your hands is right where I belong. Amen.
