A CHEMICAL REACTION
In her words I find a meaning profound and sincere,
Her voice is the soundtrack ever so pleasing to my ears,
She strikes in me a chemical reaction,
A high that fixes me to satisfaction,
And beyond all matters of comprehension,
When she speaks she has my utmost attention,
For when she does, it is most definitely heartfelt,
When she chuckles at my babble this boy’s heart does melt,
How can I explain her without being too presumptuous this quick?
Oh the hell with it, I find myself in a craze about her kick,
I wish they made her into a pill,
For this addict would pop them all day long for the thrill,
The thrill of the chemical reaction she provokes in my mind,
Inebriated on her euphoric high in me you’ll find,
She intoxicates my fiendish brain,
Shoot me up with the best of her throughout my veins,
And just let me get high,
On daydreams and continuous thoughts of her,
I may be speaking in arrogance and at a time premature,
But the heart speaks and this time I will pay it attention,
As I said earlier this blows away all comprehension,
I am becoming addicted to her, call me a zealot,
These rhymes are simply not for the hell of it,
They are emotions that I feel from within,
With that said, I apologize dear Shakespeare for doubting that it’s a sin,
With you Sir William I now concur,
I want nothing more than to simply be with her.
