RUN AWAY (WITH ME)

When this world begins to disagree with you,

And doesn’t seem to see things from your point of view,

When all of reality starts to become discordant,

You can run away with me anytime you want,

We’ll run as fast as we can,

Towards the direction of imagination,

A harmonious journey,

Leaving behind all that’s contradictory,

Beneath the stars above I’ll spin you around,

Until we become so dizzied we fall to the ground,

Losing ourselves in laughter’s delight,

We’ll dance in surrealism along with the night,

Forgetting the worries of the day,

Finding that in the realm of our minds we can play,

Burying our burdens and laying them to rest,

While living out vim and vigor full of zest,

So always remember that when you and the world disagree,

You can anytime run away with me.
